To assist in the timely and accurate processing of Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) requests, the City of Johnstown will only accept requests submitted on the official form provided by the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records (OOR), as permitted by and in compliance with Section 504 and Section 505 of the RTKL.
