The City of Johnstown Façade Improvement Program supports local businesses and property owners by providing financial assistance and architectural guidance for exterior building enhancements. The program is available to all commercial properties located within city limits.
The Façade Improvement Program is designed to improve the appearance of commercial corridors and encourage private investment with building improvements. The program provides a (50/50) match for approved project costs, up to a maximum reimbursement of $5,000.
