Public Works Permits

Tree permits are available from the Public Works Department. Please complete the tree permit application, and submit it to the Public Works Department. The application will then be submitted to the Tree Commission and the tree will be inspected, and either approved or denied. A city representative will get in contact with the owner to issue or deny the permit. For emergency situations please contact the Public Works Department or non-emergency at 814-472-2100 and a city official will go out for immediate inspection.
