The City of Johnstown has prepared a draft Comprehensive Plan, which is currently available for the public to review and comment. The draft Comprehensive Plan may be viewed using the following link: City of Johnstown Comprehensive Plan

Beginning Monday, February 16, 2026, printed copies of the Comprehensive Plan will be available for public review during regular business hours at the following locations:

Johnstown, PA 15906

The public is encouraged to review the Comprehensive Plan and submit written comments to:
