Coordinate a response to all citizen inquiries, complaints and requests for information within 72 hours of receipt.
Maintain a complete, up-to-date, set of City plat maps, engineering drawings and other technical files to assist citizen requests for information and to execute maintenance, repair and construction efforts to city property and facilities.
Coordinate local Public Works programs and projects affecting the city with outside agencies and authorities such as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Johnstown Redevelopment Authority, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and other Federal, State and Local agencies.
